ReplyDeletecollege is giving excuse of bad market condition and low conversion rate but fact is that the companies which had visited our campus are itself comprised of 15 to 20 employees, so how can college expect the companies to recruit students in large numbers.College had given admission to 200- 400 students in a year, so how can they give 100% placement assurance.college administration is all about business,condition of placed student are also worst , most of them have left their job because most of them have become salesman and getting miserable salary.

I had a lot of bitter experiences related to course material, faculty,
college admn. and their way of teaching and managing things.
I would like to tell you one by one about these all.
1---about course material--its ultimate, just copy and paste they have done from other sites and in very unsystematic manner, with a lot of misprint and wrong information.
2---about faculty--all are truly fucklty, except some teachers. for example...OD madam, she always try to finish the course unnecessarily, communication teacher she does not know, whatever she is teaching.and on top of it some teachers are just passing the time... mkt. research teacher is so ultimate. most of the teachers are not concentrating on providing knowledge to students, they are just only busy in the marketing of college.
3---about admn..--they are alway keep themselves busy in sucking students money and trapping students by telling false commitments. they are talking about ethics, value, beliefs, but nobody is following.they are biggest s__kers and F__kers.in they are just using students for their marketing and promotion.I n the very first year of college we were crying for the books and good teachers and still..
In the name of placement they are calling consulting firms with the package of Rs.6000 to Rs.8000 pm.
so I have lost so much here and I dont want other aspirants to join this college.
if you want to waste your precious time and money then you are welcome. "BEWARE OF ISBR", it is more dangerous than most wanted criminals.

I am shocked to read that the new college near by our college having 70-80% placement were over but ours is nearly nill. They don't know that how difficult to earned the money. ReplyDeleteThis is the first batch of ISBR. Only six student had got placed. Reason is their no body is worry about placement everyone busy in promotion from chairman to director and faculty. Some more reasons are effected to college like they don’t have any good committee for education only they have culture committee. Through this they use to student for promotion. No inter college activity except fashion show. Nothing is systematic all things like “CHALTA HI”. No proper rule and regulations only anything if you are doing wrong pay fine 100 Rs par day. So please I am telling you those student are ready to join isbr please ready for this. If you want to enjoy two year of your life many facility is here for you like fashion show, E-week, Sport week but your future will be dark. So please those student want to save or future don’t come ISBR. If enjoy our life for two year WELLCOME to ISBR. As your wish. But my suggestion please don’t your parent hard-earned money.

The college stands on the pillars of fakes, 1. the distance education degree with bharti association, which u can easily get by paying less then 1.5 lacs, 2. six sigma black belt certification which was a open buk exam, not only six sigma but our annual exam of annamalai was also done in same manner, 3. the college broucher talks about the companies like oracle, toyota, wipro, accenture and other big names, but the reality is that they had not even tried for such companies, for placements wat thy tried for is only target based offers tht are also less thn 10 k, 4. LCCI (london chamber of commerce and industry) wat we had studied in tht god knows. 5. the assignments and the internals doesn't have any value even no one was bother to see those.

ReplyDeleteGuys please calm down!!!........I know what we are going through...let’s just not forget this is our College, this is “WE”. let’s not disrespect our director, faculties or the members of the college...at least just think that they are elder to us in age, they are equal to our parents age.....let’s not use abusive words......I feel we should talk about any issue which we are having and see what they say on that matter…..….lets discuss about it properly to the senior staff members of the college or rather Mr. Manish Kothari or Mr.Amit Gupta and suggest them about our ideas, thoughts that we are having in our mind instead of repenting on what has happened or happening with us…….may be it might turned out to be positive, may be our college staff members take that matter to higher authority and try to resolve that matter……..even if it is not for our batch but at least for our future batches…………………….Even I feel till now whatever placement has happened was not that good (very few reputed companies were there or rather one or two were there and that too with low packages)) but from now on Mr. Manish Kothari will definitely take care of this vital matter because it’s the matter of our future(I know many of ours fees are taken on loan basis and everyone has to repay back which is also required to be considered in mind),…..……because if we see the copied mail given above from Mr. Manish Kothari, states that “I would assure you that your call will be a sure positive move towards future. I appreciate your email on the meeting. As the students of ISBR, As the family member of ISBR you have all the rights to meet us and clarify your doubts. And we being the members of the same family, it is our right as well as duty to clarify them.
So, I confirm our meeting at ISBR Campus. I will confirm the date and time after looking into the schedules in my next email.
I would like this meeting to take place at a "Congenial" and "Healthy" atmosphere. The blog that has been created has already done enough damage to the brand "ISBR". Or I should say to OUR Brand "ISBR". My first suggestion and advice to you would be to remove the blog as it is not going to get any advantage to you, me or our family ISBR. It will only take us away from each other.
I would like to re-inforce the following:
1. The blog has already created the damage to the brand "ISBR". Kindly get it removed before it creates further damage to all of us, including me and you.
2. The language used in the blog for all the members of the family "ISBR" is not acceptable under any conditions. I agree that there would have been some issues / problems. BUT all the issues / problems could be solved within the family. There is no point in inviting the outside world to come and harm us more. Outsiders will add fuel to the fire and not solve the problems. So i again advice you my students to first delete the blog.
3. The creator of the blog has great talent and ideas. I suggest him to use this talent positively. And instead of a negative blog create a blog that talks about the positives of your institute like ISBR Ranking, ISBR's Achievement at NEN, ISBR's France Campus, ISBR's Engineering Campus, ISBR's student exchange with foreign universities, Guest lectures from Infosys, Karate International winner at ISBR, Lecture session with the Cartman - Founder of IIMS, Capstone worldwide ranking no.1 from ISBR, Hottest startups at ISBR, Research work, etc. etc. - This will surely give long term results to all of you and us.
People now recognise the brand IIM because of its alumni. All of you being the first batch kindly lay stones towards development of the brand ISBR, it will give you long term fruits.
4. There have been strong companies lined up for the recruitment of ISBR students April onward. And by any chance if such blogs are seen by any members of the corporate, it will still be harmful. Harmful to YOU as well as ISBR.
5. The best gift the seniors can give themselves are good juniors. As they are the ones who takes the college in the next direction. All the negative promotion you are doing will take good candidates away from ISBR. This in turn will be a long term damage to all of us in the family including you and me. Inturn you should be inviting good candidates to join the institute.
Let me re-assure you and remind you on the following facts:

I am very happy to see your positive mail but I would also remind you that in your previous mail you have written that you and we are the family member of one family that is ISBR. So here we as a family member would like to have one meeting on all doubts , adding to the above , we don't want Mr.Amit Gupta or Mr Soumya to address that meeting , it will be only you sir who will address us on placement and sir this would be open meeting where there should be no point such we are being kept in dark.
At last nothing will happen but parents of all of us may reach to campus.
So we wish that this meeting comes to some or the other conclusion within students with a bright future for us so that we can answer to whole world that ISBR is Real World Real Learning.

ReplyDeletebefore coming to bangalore i was thinking that i will get gud job ,gud salary after my MBA , but it won't happen . because of this new college in the crowd of colleges ,the facilities provided by the college were very good but with out placement no use of it.
they did promises on 100% placements but its not true.till now hardly 4-5% students got placements.

you know when i came first time in Bangalore. my parents were seen so many dream and i also predict when i finished my course and got good job in campus placement but seen current scenario still no buddy from college administration giving importance of campus placement.we first batch of this college ...ie base for it. and now we are suffering....we wandering for job outside in consultancy.......
we are only 180 student and 300 junior and what next god knows...........so once again think...

First of all I want to talk to you about studies we took admission in ISBR for learning not for time pass. We want good faculties like Rama swami sir and namarata mam. Not like a satish. Who comes in the class and read slides. We want Rama swami sir and namrata mam to teach us in fourth semester also. Because of them our finance section got good result. But I know no use of saying this to you.
As far as placement concern I want to know where our placement is.
And we didn’t hope about our placement because placement officer directly said that you have to start your career with hard cores sales. Why should we start our career with hard core sales? If you guys don’t have a creditional to place us in core finance job so you stop giving core finance specialization. And stop writing in brochure finance companies names in the placement column because they never come. If you are not able to placed us why you are taking admission of more number of students. That’s shows you want to earn money from students nothing else. That’s means we are like a shareholder. And you know what a shareholder can do.
So we all give you seven days time to decide any one option from below: otherwise we all students after seven days showed you what will be the right of shareholder. And no law can stopped us for doing this.
A) Whether you able to placed us till April or either
B) Back our money and stop running college.
And if you choose first option then we want that all the pass out of July 2009 should be placed till the end of the April. And one more thing we didn’t want 4500 per month what reliance communication offered and we didn’t want a job at free of cost what Indian info line done. We want at least 12000 p.m. And what we demand I think its very fair.And we want every single students should be placed till april. Other wise we showed you what we can do.
And if you choose second option you have to return every student whole amount of tuitions fees who are not placed and also stop running ISBR College. Because we didn’t want what we faced others also faced.
What’s your decision we want in return with chairman sign and director sign and with stamp within seven days. Because after eight day we didn’t keep quite. We showed you what is the right of shareholder. And one more thing from now onwards we want everything in return. Because we don’t trust you guys and never think that we scared from law because we are right so why should we scared form law. Those who are wrong they scared from law. So stopped giving us warning of law.
And think about you decision and also think about what we can do on 8th day. We will give you example strike, protest and more. And always remember we definitely can do.

The performance of any school says all the answer about the faculty, students,enviroments,etc. The same would be the situation with Our ISBR. And ISBR would stand same as the top colleges do.

ReplyDeleteisbr is a movie which is without an ending,seems good in 1st half where thy made student impressed by inviting corporate people and aftr their departure making a fake promise of placements...but in the 2nd half thy not even 4got it but also refuse to identify students..thank god i became a student who occasionally go 2 ISBR nd indulge my time in some other studies nd projects outside collage..who added value to my life...i sensed long b4 tht management befooled us ...nd started looking 4 job since janury....

ReplyDeletei am here again to tell you about the condition of our placement which was held.....it was 80%...marvelous...all students have got job of salry 5000 to 8000.... and 1 who got 10000 ..she got termintaed within 3 months.....nothing more to say...
stupid fucking college the results are out and 70% of the students have been declared as fail...! I am sure that in a college 70% cannot be so dumb that they cannot even pass an exam. So whose mistake is it? of course its not the students but fucking faculty. I know that our faculty and directors are like our parents but parents have a responsibility, and surely they are not doing anything about it. the placement is a big zero in the college , the management is a big blood sucker vampire, they know how to make fake promises and keep students in dark. Even after 5 months of final exams, college has not done anything to place the students. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON ISBR.....!
